We do free local delivery for orders above $100 SGD.

Parcels will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date of order placed.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Customs & Import Charges: Once your package arrives your destination country, import duties are charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

 

Unfortunately, Kihon does not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.

Refunds

• Available for unworn items within 14 days from date of shipment.

 

Exchange

• Available on unworn items within 14 days from date of shipment.

How do I make an exchange?

• To start a Return / Exchange, please email us at hello@kihonofficial.com with the following:

  • Name of receipient

  • Contact number of recipient

  • Email address used to place the order

  • Order number (if available)

  • Colour and size of the item(s) desired for return or exchange

  • Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)

  • Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired
    
    *Items to be in original condition, with tags still attached.
     

• Items strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Marked-down items

  • Pre-order items

  • Items bought during sale and/or promotional periods

  • Items bought using discount codes

Yes we do! Here's our size chart for our t-shirts.

We cater more for the asian physique, so if you're torn between two sizes, we would recommend to get a size bigger.
